No. You don’t have to be present, but we do need clear access and instructions. Many customers leave us to work while they’re at work or running errands. Just ensure we can enter the space and have someone available at the end to review the finished setup and finalize payment. We treat your space like our own and keep you updated throughout the process.

We recommend booking 2 to 3 days in advance to secure your preferred time, especially on weekends or during busy seasons. Same-day and next-day service is often available depending on job size and technician availability across Toronto and the GTA.

Yes. We assemble products from all major brands including IKEA, Structube, Cozey, Wayfair, Costco, Urban Barn, West Elm, CB2, Crate & Barrel and more. We build beds, dressers, desks, TV units, dining sets, wardrobes, outdoor furniture and office furniture.

Yes. Every job is protected by our 12-Month Workmanship Guarantee. If any workmanship issue appears within a year, we return and fix it at no cost. You are hiring a professional insured company, not a gig worker.

We accept credit and debit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Payment is made after the job is complete and you are satisfied. Invoices and digital receipts are provided for business and commercial clients.

Assembly time depends on item size and complexity. Small items can take under an hour, while larger items like wardrobes, office systems or bunk beds may take one to two hours per piece. For large projects, we send additional technicians to speed things up.

Yes. Please clear a workspace so parts can be laid out and the team can work safely. Leave all boxes sealed until we arrive so we can unpack and inventory everything properly. If you live in a condo or building with delivery rules, let us know in advance.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours may result in a fee since technicians and time slots are reserved specifically for your project.

Yes. We can safely disassemble your furniture before a move and reassemble it at your new location.

Yes. We can pick up your furniture from the retailer, deliver it to your home and assemble everything during the same visit.

All packaging from your new furniture is cleaned up after assembly. Old furniture removal and recycling is available for an additional fee.

If parts are missing or damaged, we notify you immediately. We will help coordinate replacements and return to complete the assembly once the correct parts arrive.

Yes. We mount TVs, hang mirrors and artwork, install cabinets, countertops and chandeliers. We also anchor tall furniture for safety when required.

Yes. We assemble patio sets, gazebos, pergolas, fitness equipment, office furniture and retail fixtures for both homes and businesses.

Yes. We are experienced with condos and apartments and handle elevators, hallways and limited spaces professionally.
