Customer-supplied solarium kits
Solarium assembly in Toronto & the GTA
A bright space, carefully assembled
A solarium kit brings together framing, roof panels, doors and a lot of small details. We assemble customer-supplied outdoor solarium kits across Toronto and the GTA, following the instructions for your exact model.
Send the product link, dimensions and photos of the prepared site. We review the support surface, access, panel handling and anchoring before confirming the scope. A kit enclosure is not automatically a four-season room or a home addition.
Start with the right base and model
The manufacturer’s specifications determine the foundation, anchoring, clearances and seasonal use. Have the required level, load-capable base ready before assembly. A deck needs suitable support; photos alone cannot establish its structural capacity.
Confirm permits and property requirements locally before work begins. We do not build foundations, modify the house or provide electrical, heating, gas or plumbing work. Attached kits need a model-specific review of their connection requirements.

Tell us about your kit and site
A useful quote starts with your model number, product link, postal code and photos showing the base and access route. Tell us whether the kit is freestanding or attached, and whether the boxes are already beside the assembly area.
We confirm the assembly scope before booking, then follow the kit instructions and review the finished work with you. Outdoor structure assembly includes our five-year assembly workmanship warranty. Manufacturer coverage, weather limits and maintenance remain separate.

SOLARIUMS TORONTO FAQs
-
We review customer-supplied outdoor solarium and enclosed gazebo kits by model. Send the product link and instructions so we can check the framing, panels, doors, support and anchoring requirements. We do not build custom home additions.
-
No. An outdoor kit enclosure may have very different support, insulation and seasonal-use requirements from a room built into a house. Check the product specifications and local requirements before purchasing. Assembly does not make an outdoor kit suitable as habitable indoor space.
-
That depends on the exact product, climate limits and intended use stated by its manufacturer. Do not assume an unheated kit is a four-season room. Follow the published wind, snow, ventilation and seasonal maintenance instructions.
-
Send the model number, manual and product link, including whether the walls and roof use glass, polycarbonate or another material. Panel size, weight and handling requirements affect the assembly plan. We do not supply replacement glazing or change the kit design.
-
Pricing depends on the kit, panel handling, site access, prepared base and anchoring scope. Send the product link, postal code and site photos for a written quote. Heating, electrical work, foundation construction and house modifications are outside our assembly service.
-
The model, size, panel system, access and installation instructions determine the time required. We review those details before estimating duration or confirming a booking. Missing parts or an unprepared base can delay the work.
-
Outdoor structure assembly carries our five-year assembly workmanship warranty. Product warranties and exclusions are separate. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning, fastener checks, seals, snow loads and seasonal care. Stop using a damaged structure and seek product-specific advice.
-
Only if the surface and supporting structure meet the exact kit requirements. Provide base photos, dimensions and the installation manual. Deck capacity or structural suitability may need assessment by a qualified professional. We do not pour concrete, build foundations or reinforce decks.
-
The agreed scope follows the kit instructions for framing, roof and wall panels, doors, hardware and suitable anchoring. We review the finished assembly with you and remove packaging. Product-specific sealing requirements must be included in the reviewed scope; we do not promise leak-free or all-weather performance beyond the product design.
