Hanging requirements for your collection
Framed art
Send dimensions, weights and photos of the hanging points on the back of each frame. Identify the wall position and preferred height for individual pieces.
Mirrors
Include the mirror model or specifications, weight and mounting instructions. The frame, supplied brackets and wall substrate all need consideration before hanging is confirmed.
Grouped arrangements
Share a sketch or photo layout with piece counts and desired spacing. A numbered plan helps connect each frame to its intended position.

How it works

Arrange the installation. Confirm scheduling and have the agreed pieces and placement plan ready.
Agree the arrangement before mounting
For a gallery wall or a sequence of frames, share a sketch, designer elevation or reference photo with the pieces numbered. Note the furniture below, preferred centre lines and spacing between each item.
If you are still deciding on placement, mention that in your enquiry. The layout and any placement assistance should be agreed before work begins; a custom interior-design service is not assumed.

Art and mirror hanging questions
Can you hang a gallery arrangement?
Send a layout, piece count and the dimensions and weights of the frames. Identify your preferred spacing and heights. The installation can then be assessed around the arrangement and each piece’s mounting requirements.
What do you need for a heavy mirror?
Provide the manufacturer’s weight, dimensions, mounting instructions and photos of the back, brackets and wall. Suitability depends on the mirror, fixings, substrate and access; there is no single weight limit that applies to every installation.
Can you work on plaster or concrete?
Identify the surface and send photos of the proposed location. Plaster and concrete require different assessment and fixing methods, and the visible finish may not reveal the underlying construction. Acceptance is specific to the wall and item.
Do you supply suitable fixings?
Show any brackets or hanging hardware supplied with the piece and mention missing parts. Hardware requirements and any proposed supply must be confirmed as part of the quote, based on the item and wall assessment.
How do you assess high installations?
Send the proposed mounting height and photos showing the floor, stairs and access below it. High or difficult-to-reach locations require separate review of the access and equipment needs; they are not assumed to be covered by a standard hanging visit.
