12 months on furniture assembly and 5 years on all mounting work and outdoor-structure assembly. Mounting coverage applies to faults in our installation; damage caused by improper use is not covered. Product warranties are separate.

We assemble customer-supplied furniture, fitness equipment and outdoor kits, and install TVs, artwork, mirrors and curtain hardware. Every job is reviewed against the product, site and access. We do not carry out electrical, gas, plumbing, custom carpentry, foundations or base construction.

Send your preferred date with the product details. We check the workload, location and crew requirements before confirming availability. An enquiry or requested date is not a booking.

Someone needs to provide access and confirm placement. If you cannot be there, agree the access, layout and completion arrangements with us before the visit.

Yes. 6IX Assembly carries business insurance. Tell us in advance if your building or project requires specific insurance documentation.

We bring assembly tools. Keep all manufacturer-supplied parts, fittings and instructions with the product. For mounting or anchoring, the wall or base and required hardware must be reviewed; missing or damaged parts may delay completion.

Contact us with your job details and photos of the concern. Our workmanship warranty is 12 months for furniture assembly and 5 years for all mounting work and outdoor-structure assembly. Mounting coverage applies to faults in our installation; damage caused by improper use is not covered. Manufacturer product warranties are separate; see our Workmanship Guarantee for the applicable terms.

Packaging removal is included with our assembly service. Removal of old furniture, products or other waste is a separate request and must be agreed in advance.
