Trade show setups are shaped by both the booth system and the venue. Component lists, assembly manuals and show rules help establish which installation tasks can be included and what must be handled by other providers.
Send the drawings for your supplied modular booth, together with furniture quantities and load-in details. 6IX Assembly reviews the proposed assembly work against that information, with dismantling considered separately when requested.
Assembly tasks for your supplied booth
Supplied modular booth assembly
Provide the system drawings, component list and manufacturer instructions. The assembly scope depends on the booth design, supplied parts and permitted contractor activities.
Furniture setup
List the tables, seating and other supplied furniture intended for the booth. A marked layout helps identify the assembly and placement tasks.
Dismantling by request
Include the load-out window and a breakdown of the pieces that need dismantling. Packing, collection and transport responsibilities should be identified separately.

What booth components can you assess?
Supplied modular booth components can be reviewed when drawings, manuals and a complete parts list are available. Suitability depends on the system and venue rules; send those details before assuming a component can be installed.
Are booth design and fabrication included?
No. This is an installation-only service for supplied components and furniture. Booth design, custom fabrication and modifications are outside the scope.
Do venue rules affect the scope?
Yes. Organizer and venue rules may restrict contractor access or reserve certain work for designated providers. Share them before quoting. Installation service does not include structural certification or a guarantee of organizer approval.
Is dismantling included?
Only when it is specifically agreed. Include the dismantling list, load-out window and packing or collection arrangements so that work can be assessed separately from setup.
What trades are excluded?
Rigging, suspended structures, AV and electrical work are outside this service. Any structural engineering, certification or specialized show services must be arranged through the appropriate providers.
