For an attached pergola, send photos of the wall and the attachment instructions first. Acceptance depends on the structure and mounting requirements. We do not offer custom carpentry, cutting lumber, foundation construction, electrical, gas or plumbing work.

Check the space before installation day
Check the manufacturer’s full footprint, post spacing, roof overhang and clearance requirements, not just the size in the product name. Leave space to assemble and lift the frame, and keep doors, gates and drainage routes clear.
The site needs a suitable, prepared and level base. Patio stones are not automatically suitable for anchoring, and deck boards alone are not structural support. Send photos so we can discuss the model’s requirements before confirming the installation.
We do not level ground, pour concrete or build foundations. Any required preparation and local approvals must be arranged before assembly.

We follow the kit’s assembly instructions, align the frame and check the supplied components and moving parts. Anchoring is included where the prepared surface and manufacturer’s requirements allow; we confirm the method and any site limitations with your quote.
Our service includes packaging removal and a final walkthrough. Pergola assembly is covered by our five-year outdoor assembly workmanship warranty. Product defects and the manufacturer’s warranty are separate from our assembly workmanship.

The pergola instructions and the deck’s construction need to be reviewed, and you may need a qualified professional to assess the support. We do not build or reinforce decks or foundations.
