A backyard playset can arrive in a surprising number of boxes. We assemble customer-supplied swing sets, slides, climbing towers and multi-feature playset kits across Toronto and the GTA.
Send the product link, manual, postal code and photos of your yard. We review the footprint, required play zones, access, surface and anchoring before confirming the scope and quote.
The site must be prepared to the kit requirements. We do not level ground, construct bases or supply impact-absorbing surfacing. Assembly is one part of a suitable play space; age limits, supervision and ongoing checks still matter.

The equipment footprint is only part of the space needed. Swing paths, slide exits and climbing features have model-specific clearance and surfacing requirements. Check the manual before choosing a position near fences, trees, paths or other structures.
We follow the kit instructions for the frame, supplied play features, hardware and agreed anchoring. The ground must already be suitable and prepared. Tell us about slopes, buried services, irrigation and restricted access before the visit.
Outdoor structure assembly carries our five-year assembly workmanship warranty. Product defects, maintenance and use outside the manufacturer’s limits are separate matters.
For daycare, school or public use, disclose the intended setting first. Residential-kit assembly is not playground certification or approval for commercial use.

Choose features intended for the children who will use them. Follow the model’s age, capacity and supervision instructions.
Measure the play zones
Allow the full clearance shown in the manual, including swing travel and slide exits. Keep the area clear of obstacles.
Plan the surface and upkeep
Arrange appropriate impact-absorbing surfacing and regular inspections. Grass alone is not a substitute for the protective surfacing specified for the equipment.

Replacing or moving a playset? Send photos showing the whole structure, hardware, ground attachments and any damage. Condition, access and the original instructions determine whether we can accept disassembly or reassembly.
Tell us whether the parts are intended for reuse or removal. Disassembly, transport, disposal and assembly of a replacement are separate scope items to confirm before booking. We cannot guarantee damage-free removal or reuse of deteriorated components.
