A pavilion can give your patio a comfortable place to gather. Getting the posts, beams and roof together takes a clear plan and careful assembly.
We assemble customer-supplied pavilion kits across Toronto and the GTA. Send the product link, dimensions, postal code and photos of your prepared site so we can review access, lifting space and anchoring before quoting.
Our service covers prefabricated kits, rather than custom carpentry or structures built from raw materials.
Prepare the site before the boxes arrive
Build on the right base
Check the manufacturer’s foundation and anchoring requirements before buying your kit. The surface must be suitable for the model, with the full footprint, roof overhang and working clearance allowed for.
Arrange any permits, foundation work or deck assessment before assembly. We do not pour concrete, construct bases, level ground or provide electrical, gas or plumbing services.
Wind, snow and seasonal-use limits come from the product specifications. Assembly does not increase those ratings or make a pavilion storm-proof.

A roof with open sides

We review the finished work with you. Outdoor structures carry our five-year assembly workmanship warranty; product coverage and ongoing maintenance are separate.

Replacing an existing pavilion?
Send photos of the frame, roof, connections and anchors. The structure’s condition, access and attachment method determine whether we can accept the disassembly work.
Include the replacement kit’s product link and tell us whether the old components are for reuse or removal. Disassembly, transport and disposal are separate scope items to confirm in your quote. We cannot promise damage-free removal or reuse of deteriorated parts.
