Professional BBQ Assembly Without the Headache
BBQs look simple in the box until everything is spread across your patio.
Once the packaging is open, you are dealing with heavy panels, cart frames, shelves, burners, lid hardware, wheel assemblies, handles, grease trays, side burners, grates, doors, and a pile of small fasteners that all need to go together in the right order.
That is where most people lose time. One piece gets tightened too early, the frame does not sit square, the doors do not line up, or the shelves feel loose after everything is finished.
6IX Assembly provides professional BBQ assembly in Toronto and the GTA for customers who want the grill built properly from the start. We handle the unboxing, part organization, assembly, alignment, and cleanup so your BBQ is ready for your patio, backyard, balcony, terrace, or outdoor cooking area.
Why Professional BBQ Assembly Matters
Professional BBQ assembly is not just about saving time. It is about getting the details right.
A properly assembled BBQ starts with organized parts and the correct build sequence. The frame needs to be stable. The lid needs to close properly. Shelves should sit level. Doors should line up cleanly. Wheels and casters should roll the way they are supposed to. Burners, grates, grease trays, and cooking components need to be placed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Rushing the job can lead to stripped screws, crooked panels, loose shelves, poor alignment, missing parts, and a BBQ that never feels solid.
If you bought a grill for patio season, a family gathering, a birthday, a long weekend, or a backyard setup, it makes sense to have it assembled properly the first time.

BQ Assembly Pricing in Toronto
BBQ assembly pricing depends on the model, size, complexity, and site conditions.
A small portable grill is not the same job as a large four-burner or six-burner BBQ, pellet smoker, flat top griddle, or modular outdoor kitchen piece. Access also matters. A garage-to-backyard setup is different from a condo balcony, terrace, elevator booking, stair carry, or tight backyard access.
Your quote can vary based on:
BBQ size and model
Number of burners
Propane versus natural gas model
Pellet smoker or griddle complexity
Box location and final assembly location
Stairs, elevators, parking, and backyard access
Packaging removal
Old BBQ disposal, if requested
Same-day or urgent booking
For the most accurate quote, send us the product link, photos of the boxes if available, your address, and where the BBQ needs to be assembled. If there are stairs, elevators, gates, parking issues, tight access, or a long carry to the backyard, include that as well.
