PREMIUM WALL INSTALLATIONS • BY 6IX ASSEMBLY
Art, Mirror & Specialty Wall Installation in Toronto & the GTA
Careful placement for fine art, heavy mirrors and designer décor. We review the piece, wall, mounting hardware and access before scheduling.
Considered Installation for Valued Pieces
Premium Wall Installations by 6IX Assembly brings careful planning to artwork, mirrors, gallery walls and specialty décor in homes, condos and commercial spaces.
We start with the object's dimensions, weight and mounting points, then consider the wall construction, finished surface and intended position. Placement can follow your instructions, designer elevations or a layout agreed before mounting begins.
Installation Planned Around Your Project
Art & Gallery Walls
Original artwork, framed collections and multi-piece layouts, with placement, spacing and alignment considered together.
Mirrors & Specialty Décor
Heavy mirrors, sculptural pieces and designer wall objects, reviewed for their weight, construction and mounting points.
Surfaces & Access
Concrete, masonry, tile, stone and other finished walls assessed for a suitable mounting approach. High or awkward locations need an access review before scheduling.
Fine Art & Framed Artwork Installation
From a single original painting to a private collection, we plan the placement and mounting around the artwork and the room.
Paintings, canvases, framed photography and limited-edition prints
Oversized frames, shadow boxes and statement pieces
Diptychs, triptychs and multi-panel artwork
Share your preferred position or designer's plan. We confirm the layout and review the existing mounting points before installation.
Large & Heavy Mirror Installation
We install oversized, full-length, designer and sculptural mirrors where the piece, mounting system and wall are suitable.
Our review considers dimensions, approximate weight, existing hardware, wall construction, available support and intended height. Photos of both sides of the mirror help us understand what the installation needs.
If the supplied hardware appears unsuitable, we identify the concern before proceeding.
Gallery Walls & Multi-Piece Layouts
Consistent spacing and a balanced composition start with a clear layout. We install grid and salon-style gallery walls, family photo collections, symmetrical or asymmetrical arrangements, and multi-panel artwork.
Layouts can follow designer elevations or be agreed with you on site. Careful measurements and laser-level alignment guide the positioning across the collection, with sight lines and surrounding furnishings considered before mounting.
Designer Décor & Specialty Wall Pieces
Unusual objects need a mounting approach suited to their construction. We review each piece's weight, mounting points, wall surface and intended location.
Wall sculptures, metal art and mixed-media pieces
Dimensional décor, wood wall pieces and decorative panels
Sculptural mirrors, large clocks and specialty shelving décor
Objects with manufacturer-designed mounting systems
French Cleats & Specialty Mounting Systems
The mounting system needs to suit the piece, its weight and the support available behind the finished wall. We review the method before drilling begins.
French cleats, Z-clips and manufacturer-supplied brackets
Hanging rails, tracks and picture-hanging cable systems
D-rings, hanging wire and multi-point mounts
Security mounting hardware and suitable anchors or fasteners
Proprietary or specialty hardware may need to be supplied with the product or sourced separately. Include photos and manufacturer instructions with your enquiry.
Specialty Wall Surfaces
The visible finish is only part of the installation. We consider the wall material, underlying substrate where known, available support and the object's mounting requirements.
Drywall, plaster and metal-stud condo walls
Concrete, brick and masonry
Ceramic tile, porcelain, marble and natural stone
Wood panelling, decorative millwork and finished feature walls
Tile and stone projects need particular care before drilling. Where a surface or location is unsuitable, a different position or hanging approach may be more appropriate. Share close-up and full-wall photos so we can review the options.
High Walls, Staircases & Difficult Access
Artwork above a staircase, a mirror in a tall foyer or a piece in a double-height room requires an access review before an appointment can be confirmed.
Send full-room photos, the approximate installation height and details of stairs, nearby furnishings and access to the location. We review the piece and working space to determine whether the project is suitable and what arrangements it would require.
High or difficult-access locations are assessed individually before scheduling.
Installation Support for Designers & Trade Professionals
We support interior designers, art consultants, architects, builders and staging teams with the final mounting stage of residential and commercial projects.
Send project photos, elevations, piece lists and your proposed installation schedule. We review the wall-installation scope and coordinate placement around your design direction and the agreed project requirements.
Ongoing relationships are welcome for recurring client work, model suites and completed interiors.

We also install art and décor in offices, restaurants, hotels, stores, showrooms, model suites and condominium common areas throughout Toronto and the GTA.

We do not automatically rely on supplied hardware simply because it came attached to the piece.
If the existing mounting points or supplied system appear inappropriate for the installation, we will identify the concern and determine whether another mounting method is required before proceeding.
-
Sometimes.
Depending on the room, piece and existing architecture, alternative hanging systems may be possible.

Pricing depends on the piece, quantity, dimensions, weight, wall material, mounting system, installation height, access requirements and overall complexity.
A lightweight framed artwork on drywall is a very different installation from an oversized mirror on concrete, a twenty-piece precision gallery wall or artwork installed onto finished stone.
Send us photos and project details and we will provide pricing based on the actual installation requirements.
